Course Overview
This MiCA Compliance for Crypto-Asset Service Providers CASPs course is designed for compliance officers, risk managers, legal professionals, senior managers and digital asset businesses providing or planning to provide crypto-asset services within the European Union.
The course covers the MiCA regulatory perimeter, CASP authorisation, governance arrangements, prudential controls, client asset protection, conduct requirements, complaints, financial crime, market abuse, operational resilience, stablecoins and cross-border implementation.
MiCA became fully applicable on 30 December 2024, following the earlier application of its asset-referenced token and e-money token provisions on 30 June 2024. The maximum EU transitional period for existing providers ended on 1 July 2026.
